Jake presents his lingerie promotional video to his colleagues at a designer lingerie company. Red, Sapphire and Samantha find his video crude and offensive to women. Red is so angry that she gives the task of making Jake better understand women to Sam and Sapphire. Both decide to transform Jake into a female called Julia. Jake is soon booked into a private medical clinic for feminization treatments.
